Endometriosis (Female Factor)
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus (endometrium) grows in other places outside the uterus. This misplaced tissue can attach to the ovaries, fallopian tubes, the tissue lining the pelvis, and in rare cases, other organs such as the bladder or bowel. Like the endometrial tissue inside the uterus, this misplaced tissue responds to the hormonal changes of the menstrual cycle, thickening, breaking down, and bleeding with each cycle. However, because there is no way for this blood to exit the body, it becomes trapped, causing inflammation, pain, and the formation of scar tissue and adhesions.
Premature Ovarian Failure (Female Factor)
Premature ovarian failure (POF), also known as primary ovarian insufficiency (POI), is a condition that occurs when a woman’s ovaries stop functioning normally before the age of 40. This means that the ovaries are no longer able to produce eggs or the hormones estrogen and progesterone.

Low sperm count, also known as oligozoospermia, is a condition where the number of sperm in a man’s ejaculate is lower than normal. It is one of the most common male fertility problems.
Elevated SGOT and SGPT
SGOT (Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase) and SGPT (Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase) are enzymes primarily found within liver cells. When the liver is damaged or inflamed, these enzymes leak into the bloodstream, causing elevated levels.
Elevated SGOT and SGPT important indicator of Liver Dysfunction.
Spleen Enlargement
Spleen Enlargement (Splenomegaly)
Spleen enlargement, also known as splenomegaly, is a condition where the spleen becomes enlarged. The spleen is an organ located in the upper left abdomen, just below the ribs.
