🔥 How We Prepare Our Bhasma/Pishti:

🔹 The process begins with the Shodhan (purification) of raw herbs and minerals using classical herbal dravyas.

🔹 Each batch is heated in a traditional furnace (Put) — not in electric furnaces — which ensures the ideal thermal profile and gradual transformation of the material.

🔹 After each heating cycle, the material is carefully ground (रगड़ाई) in a Kharal (मसला हुआ पत्थर) using traditional techniques, enhancing both the absorption and bioavailability of the formulation.

🔹 This process is repeated up to 100 times over the span of nearly one year, which results in a highly potent, safe, and finely textured Bhasma or Pishti — free from toxicity and highly assimilable by the body.
